This weeks car boot sale bargains.

Marks and Spencers  shower creams.

£1.50

Ideal for the gift drawer

Until this year I have never bought clothing from the car boot. I only buy things if they are new or really good condition.

Marks and Spencers Jeggings £1.00

£1.00 for this pretty top.

A really nice jumper dress like new £2.00 I have never heard of the label it reads Nice Things Paloma S, I googled it and see there clothing range is very expensive so I did very well indeed, I knew it was quality as soon as I saw it.

Brand new, Clinique skincare and make up only £1.00

Book £1.00

Two new mugs (still had the Waitrose sticker on the base)

50p each

Ideal to put a few things in to make into a nice Christmas gift

Crabtree and Evelyn, teas & biscuits, £2.00, I even had some new hand creams thrown in.

Some nice things this weekend.

  1. Some great finds Marlene and such good prices. The clothes look so lovely and I bet that book makes for a good read. Still nothing around here. X

  4. The boot sales in our area don't have anything as nice as any of the things you got.

    1. It's hard work, takes a few hours to walk around, but good exercise as well.

  5. What great finds, Marlene. Are they keepers or sellers (apart from the present-drawer item)?

PS I passed on my budgie jumper I bought a few weeks ago - I'm afraid it was just old tut, not worth even the £14 price tag, utter rubbish. Indeed, I felt a bit guilty passing it to a charity shop, but they can always send it away as shoddy, to be made into something else.

    1. Thankyou Margaret, no they are all for me. I didn't buy one of the budgie jumpers in the end, Asda has some nice fashionable clothes but they do wear rather quickly.

    2. When elder son saw me wearing the budgie jumper he thought I'd lost the plot! It is so unlike me to buy cheap things such as this and it was a total waste of money. I'd rather have fewer things in my wardrobe but good clothes which will always look good. Good style is never out of fashion, while all fashion is seldom good style!
